Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we’re sorry, but we can’t process a refund or exchange.

For a return to qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you got it, and still in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected]. Once we approve your refund request, we’ll process a full or partial refund within 7-10 business days.

If approved, your refund will be handled, and the amount will be credited back to your credit card or original payment method within a set timeframe.

Note: Check your situation below:

  • Cancellation: You’ll get a 90% refund; 10% is held back for service fees.
  • Out of Stock: You’ll receive a 100% refund.
  • Wrong Size, Color, or Shipping Address: No refund will be issued.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund hasn’t shown up, first double-check your bank account.

Then reach out to your credit card provider—it might take a while for the refund to post officially.

After that, contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
