CANCELING YOUR ORDER
To cancel your order, please email us at [email protected]. Note that you can only cancel within 12 hours of placing the order. After this 12-hour period, cancellations are no longer possible.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY SHIRT?
Since each order is custom-made and printed on demand, we don’t accept returns unless there’s a printing or quality problem. If a rare defect occurs during shipping, we’ll promptly provide a free replacement.
If your item is defective and you’d rather not have a replacement, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Notice: If you order the wrong size (due to not checking our size chart carefully), here’s what we can do:
- We’ll print a new replacement at no profit to us.
- You’ll need to cover production and shipping costs. We’ll inform you of the total and send a PayPal invoice.
- We’ll share the size chart for your approval before printing.
- Once payment is received, your order will be prioritized and processed.
MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER
If it’s about ink or shirt colors, we strive to show the most accurate digital images possible. However, screen differences mean we can’t guarantee the product will match your display exactly.
If we mess up—rare, but it happens—contact us at [email protected] if you get the wrong item or a defective one. We’ll fix it, usually just asking for a photo of the issue to confirm.
For faulty items, we’ll offer store credit or a refund. No need to return it—just donate it locally to charity or someone in need and let us know.
Notice: If you overlook the design or color when ordering, it’s not our error. We’ll still assist, but you’ll cover production and shipping fees per our “Return or Exchange” policy.
For example, ordering a white shirt with white lettering goes through our automated system and processes as-is.
MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED IN THE MAIL, WHAT DO I DO?
If we ship to the address you gave us and it’s returned (marked “return to sender” due to an incorrect address), check the status with the tracking number we emailed you.
Contact us right away if this happens. We can reship, but you’ll need to pay $6-$8 for reshipping plus $2-$4 in service fees.
